Scouting and Scavenging founder Daniel Marks appeared on “The Greg Herenda Show” last Thursday July 9th. Daniel and Greg met in Newark on June 10th (which happened to be Greg’s 25th wedding anniversary) when he came to help distribute toiletries and food along with other coaches from the NJ college basketball community.
Since that first volunteer day on June 10th, Coach Herenda has come back to Newark 3 additional times to volunteer with the Brick City Peace Collective’s weekly “Hello Fresh” grocery delivery program. Not only has he come himself, but he has brought a number of fellow FDU coaches along with him:

Coach has been a great partner for our initiative, and we look forward to working with him and FDU Athletics moving forward.
